Privacy overview

Short summary of VisibleMax privacy commitments — full terms live in the Privacy Policy.

Updated 2026-08-06

VisibleMax processes account, website, and scan data so we can measure AI visibility, generate recommendations, and operate billing. This page is a plain-language summary — not a substitute for the legal policy.

What we collect (summary)

  • Account data — identifiers and profile details needed to authenticate and run your workspace.
  • Project & site data — URLs and public page content we crawl when you run scans.
  • Scan outputs — scores, findings, probe transcripts/results, and generated assets tied to your projects.
  • Billing data — plan and invoice metadata via Polar (payment instruments stay with Polar).
  • Usage & security logs — operational signals to keep the service reliable and abuse-resistant.

How we use it

  • Provide scans, reports, monitoring, and Content Studio features you request.
  • Enforce plan entitlements and prevent abuse (rate limits, quotas).
  • Improve product quality, reliability, and documentation — without using customer data to train AI models.
  • Comply with law and respond to valid security or support requests.

Your choices

  • Update workspace and project settings inside the product.
  • Manage billing through the Polar customer portal where applicable.
  • Request account or data deletion per the Privacy Policy.
  • Contact support via the Help Center for privacy questions.
