Getting started with VisibleMax

VisibleMax is AI customer acquisition software. It helps you see whether assistants recommend your brand, fix the structural gaps that block those recommendations, and prove which customers came from AI answers. The brand frame is Infrared Signal — making the invisible visible to AI.

This guide walks you from signup through your first report in the app, then into the weekly operating loop: See → Fix → Prove (also framed as Monitor · Act · Prove on product surfaces). Most first reports are ready in about two minutes.

The path at a glance

1. Create an account and land in a workspace (Create an account).
2. Connect a public website as a project (Connect a website).
3. Run your first scan — crawl → analyze → probe (First scan).

The operating loop

VisibleMax is not a one-shot audit PDF. After the first report, you run a deliberate loop:

• See — Scan your site, probe buyer prompts across AI platforms, and inspect evidence-linked findings.
• Fix — Prioritize gaps, follow the weekly plan, and generate FAQ, schema, llms.txt, and related drafts in Content Studio.
• Prove — Rescan to compare before/after, optionally attribute AI referral traffic with vm.js, and share public reports at /r/[slug].

Product UI also uses Monitor · Act · Prove for the same cadence: continuous monitoring, weekly action, measurable proof. Use whichever framing fits your team — the underlying workflow is identical.

Which AI platforms are probed?

VisibleMax is designed to probe OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Perplexity, xAI (Grok), and DeepSeek. Coverage is key-gated: platforms without configured API keys are skipped gracefully. In the early phase, live probes are often DeepSeek + Gemini when those keys are set, while other providers remain wired and activate as keys are added.
