Weekly plan & reports

Run the Weekly Execution Plan, ship Studio fix packs, and share public reports at /r/[slug].

Updated 2026-08-06

The Weekly Execution Plan is how VisibleMax turns scans into shipped work. Each plan sequences tasks from findings, discovery signals, and opportunities — often paired with Content Studio fix packs. Reports package score and findings for stakeholders, including public links at /r/[slug].

Weekly Execution Plan

Open Weekly Plan at /app/p/[projectId]/plan. Tasks typically include title, description, category (content, technical, presence, …), expected impact, priority, confidence, and estimated effort (low / medium / high).

Common generated tasks

  • Publish FAQ covering pricing, ICP, integrations, and differentiation
  • Improve Organization + Product schema
  • Expand documentation for setup and use cases
  • Add /llms.txt pointing to high-value pages
  • Strengthen trust / third-party presence signals
  1. 1

    Review the week’s priorities

Start with high-impact, low-effort tasks (schema, llms.txt) before multi-day docs rewrites.

  2. 2

    Generate assets in Studio

Attach or create faq, schema, llms_txt, docs, comparison, and related drafts.

  3. 3

    Ship and mark complete

Deploy to production, then mark tasks done so the next plan reflects reality.

  4. 4

    Verify

Rescan or wait for weekly monitoring; check prompt deltas and score movement.

Studio fix packs in the weekly cadence

A strong weekly loop ships a fix pack: technical files (robots.txt, llms.txt, schema) plus one answer-surface page (FAQ or comparison). Implementation guides from Studio are written so you can open the pack in Cursor or another coding assistant and deploy quickly.

FAQ

When is the weekly plan generated?

Plans generate as part of the scan / discovery pipeline and refresh as monitoring rescans complete. Open Weekly Plan after each successful scan.

Can I edit task priority?

Treat generated priorities as a strong default. Re-sequence based on engineering capacity, but keep evidence-linked high-impact items near the top.

How do I share a report with a customer?

Use the share control on the report to create or copy a /r/[slug] link. For ongoing public presence, publish a /c/[slug] profile.
