Workspace settings, projects, billing access, and how account structure maps to the product.

VisibleMax organizes work as a workspace containing one or more projects (each project is typically one brand or site). Account and billing controls live under workspace settings; day-to-day execution lives inside a project.

Workspace settings

    General

    Open `/app/workspace/settings/general` for workspace name and monitoring cadence.

    Billing

    Open `/app/workspace/settings/billing` to upgrade, view plan status, or enter the Polar portal. Details in Billing.

    Projects

    Create or open projects from `/app/workspace/projects`. Connect the canonical site URL before scanning.

Public identity

When you publish a company profile, it appears at /c/[slug]. Scan reports can be shared at /r/[slug]. These Network surfaces do not require recipients to log in.

FAQ

Can I move a project to another workspace?

Contact [email protected] for migration help. Do not create duplicate scans across workspaces for the same live site unless intentional.

How do I change my login email?

Use your auth account settings from the signed-in avatar/menu. If you are locked out, email support with the workspace name and project URL.

Where do I cancel Pro?

Billing settings → Polar customer portal → cancel renewal. You retain Pro entitlements through the paid period end.
