Monitoring is the Monitor stage of the VisibleMax OS: scheduled rescans that keep score, findings, probes, and opportunities current after you ship fixes. On Pro, monitoring cadence is weekly.

Who gets monitoring

Configure monitoring

   Open workspace settings

   Go to `/app/workspace/settings/general` and confirm monitoring cadence (weekly on Pro).

   Keep project URLs accurate

   Monitoring rescans the connected project site. If you migrate domains, update the project URL first.

   Watch alerts and digests

   Share-of-voice drops and competitor spikes can trigger in-app and email alerts when configured.

   Act from the weekly plan

   Each cycle should refresh the Weekly Execution Plan — monitoring without execution is just noise.

What a monitoring rescan does

1. Re-crawls public pages within crawl limits
2. Re-runs the technical audit
3. Re-analyzes structural readiness and findings
4. Re-probes available platforms (key-gated)
5. Refreshes opportunities and weekly plan inputs

Monitoring feeds Verify: compare mention/rank deltas on the same buyer prompts after Content Studio assets go live. Pair with `vm.js` attribution so recommendation wins connect to sessions, signups, and revenue.
