llms.txt is a curated Markdown map of your site for AI agents. It is not a magic ranking signal — but it is useful documentation for tools and RAG pipelines.
llms.txt is a Markdown file at your site root that summarizes your company and links key pages for AI systems. Major search engines have not confirmed it as a ranking signal; treat it as a low-cost agent courtesy. Your server-rendered HTML and crawler access still matter more for AI search citations.
What to put in llms.txt
A one-line product description, short About section, target audience, and links to Pricing, Docs, FAQ, and About. Keep claims factual and consistent with on-page copy.
Optional llms-full.txt can hold a longer product narrative for agents that want more context.
